Tom writes about the bikes and equipment he owns and rides, from local fitness loops and technical climbs to bike park trips in Europe and Whistler. His reviews describe what worked, what did not, and the limits of his own testing.
How we review
Our reviews explain how a product was obtained, where it was used and any brand support or affiliate relationship. Personal impressions are distinguished from manufacturer specifications and controlled measurements. The review itself is the place to check the disclosure for that product.
The current OneUp Wave, Yakima FrontLoader and RockShox Flight Attendant reviews describe equipment Tom paid for himself, with no brand support or affiliate links in those reviews.
Understanding the deals
The deals tracker shows retailer listings in their original market and currency. Each displayed price belongs to a specific retailer option; another size, colour or specification may cost more or be unavailable. Savings use the retailer’s advertised reference price.
